Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


We have a 15 day return policy.  You must contact us within 15 days of receipt of product.  We do not offer exchanges only refunds.  You would need to place a new order if you need a different size.  You must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused and in the original packaging.  Mail item back with tracking confirmation.  We are not responsible  for any lost returned packages that are not confirmed delivered.  If the item arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

You cannot request a refund if:

* Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

* Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

* Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of (items stolen from your address entrance)

You can request a refund by sending a message on Contact Us page. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and we will contact you.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
